s7 is based on proven fighting methods, it is very brutal and contains easy to retain information.
We do not teach hundreds of techniques, but instead a few that can be applied to any situation

Yes. I have trained in Brazilian Jujitsu, I saw that as a sport it is very good, and can be applied to the street, however I want to focus on getting back up, following a no rules clash on the ground

Yes there are a pick and mix of many arts. I included kino mutai (Filipino art of gouging and biting) escrima (I use basic techniques to make them work on the street)
Thai boxing - I use knees and elbows as well as the clinch for street grappling
Jujits - I do show some locks and escapes when teaching ladies and kids self defence
There are a lot of other arts that I have looked at and taken parts from including JKD, panantukan, wrestling, dumog, krav maga

I understand how traditional places aim to to teach women and what they want to achieve. I feel as though they need to go back a few steps and place the person in a pre contact position, teaching awareness tactics, verbal defence and then a system that enables a woman to destroy an attacker, who has no right to be touching them. I teach tactics that can be used by all, they are brutal yes, but do we want to survice? Why spend hours smacking pads, bags and doing techniques that are not applicable to a street assualt?
I teach a method of fighting that can be taken everywhere, used in any scenario, the home, in the car, on the train, the street.
The situational responses are made to deter or destroy. It is a ladies choice.
I also teach the fear cycle and how to overcome it to be able to stand and fight when there is no choice
